Please note that upon booking an appointment with us, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions. We ask you to carefully read our cancellation procedure.


If you need to cancel an appointment, please allow us as much notice as possible.

If more than 48 hours notice before your appointment is given, any charges may be wavered.

If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be liable to pay 50% to cover the loss.


Cancellations on the day will incur a full charge of the remaining balance.


No Show's will also incur a full charge and may not be able to book back in again until this outstanding balance has been settled.



Please be aware that a £10.00/£20.00 booking fee per client will be required when making an appointment to secure a time. In some cases (i.e for busier periods such as New Years Eve) you may be required to pay the full payment in advance.


An appointment will not be considered as booked until the deposit is paid. The deposit paid will be deducted from your total cost. This is to ensure that a fair booking system is in place, as it is a first come first serve basis.


All booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non transferable as this guarantees your appointment over another potential client and the appointment may not be able to be filled after a cancellation.


When booking for a wedding a £10 deposit per person/50% deposit of the total cost is required, dependent on which artist you book. This deposit secures your wedding by securely removing the date from our diary.


If you are certain you would like to secure your wedding date prior to a trial, this may be done so with a select few of our artists. This option allows you to arrange a bridal trial closer to the wedding date, especially if you are booking 12 months + in advance so that you may have more of a clearer idea of what makeup you would like to have for your big day.


Alternatively you may wish to book a bridal trial first before making a decision and this option can be done so by visiting our book online page. Please note that when you book a bridal trial, your wedding date is only provisionally secured and cannot be guaranteed if another client chooses to secure the same wedding date as you with a deposit. If this circumstance arises, you will be refunded your deposit paid towards your bridal trial.


Please note that our wedding deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you have booked for ex amount of bridesmaids and someone no longer requires their service, you will still be liable to pay the remaining cost of this guest.


Please note that we have a minimum guest requirement of 5 and over to make this a feasible for us outside of the salon.

All accommodation and travel expenses (flights/airport transfers/additional taxi's) are required to be covered by the client/yourself. We must receive all relevant travel/accommodation information prior to travelling to ensure everything runs smoothly.



Due to Saturdays being our busiest day of the week, there may be some dates that we are unable to travel out, weddings being an exception. Monday - Friday some of our artists are mobile and able to travel to anywhere up to a 30 mile radius.


Please note that a mileage fee of £1.00 per mile will be incurred if we need to travel outside of a 10 mile radius for both an inward and outward bound journey. If there are any parking restrictions near you or the venue, we kindly ask that these are covered by the client/yourself.

We are unable to travel to more than one location on the day, so please ensure you have considered this before making a booking, especially for weddings.


Please be aware that our CWM gift vouchers are only redeemable against services with Director Charlotte, or products such as false eyelashes or makeup brushes.

Our CWM gift vouchers are not redeemable against beauty treatments.
