ABOUT CHARLOTTE
Hey, I'm Charlotte, and I have been a professional makeup artist working in the industry for almost 13 years now. In the early days of my career, I studied hair and makeup at Brighton University before obtaining my degree. After this I went onto work for Mac Cosmetics where I gained lots of experience working with all different skin tones and skin types, before going on to pursue my dreams on my own.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with a handful of celebrities such as Lucinda Strafford, Paige Turley, Lucie Rose Donlan, Jorja Smith, Amber Turner, Scarlett Moffat, Katie Salmon and Cici Coleman to name a few. I have also had the pleasure of working with a handful of TV shows such as National Televsion Awards, Loose Women, Towie and Love Island, many a Red Carpets events, various music videos and London & Paris Fashion week.
I have been lucky enough to be flown to dream destinations such as Italy, Spain, France and Portugal for weddings over the years, and will always go above and beyond for my brides. I have been known to be there with my makeup brushes right before you walk down the aisle doing last final touches, fastening dresses and putting on jewelry so that everything is absolutely perfect.
On a more personal level, I am an extroverted introvert. My job is very social and brings out a bubbly and confident side of myself, but at heart I am much more content not being the centre of attention and very happy in my own company. I love going on long walks in the countryside or by the sea with my Pomeranian Zara and appreciate the little things in life, like a good cuppa tea or the sound of rain on the windows when you're cosy inside at home. I am so lucky to say that my job does not feel like work and I absolutely love what I do. I find doing makeup super therapeutic and relaxing

QUALIFICATIONS
Foundation Degree, University of Brighton
Charlotte has studied both hair and makeup at Northbrook College. Then went on to obtain a Foundation Degree from the University of Brighton. She is trained in all aspects of makeup from prosthetics to period make up.
Diploma, DFMA Makeup Academy
Charlotte also studied at the Davinia Fermai Makeup Academy and is certified in TV, Fashion and Film. As well as studying here, she also worked as an intern and assisted some of her tutors.
Certfified, P.Louise Makeup Academy
Charlotte obtained two diplomas at P.Louise Makeup Academy which is accredited for its ultra glamorous makeup.
